What You Need to do.

Take the basic nutrients missing from the average daily diet for daily good health


Take:

·       90 Vitamin & Mineral in a Liquid Form

·       Probiotic (9 strains) take 3 servings (Capsules) per day and break them open and mix with small amount of vegetables or with Yogurt
