I’m back to running up and down the stairs again.
I’ve been playing tennis for over twenty years, and the saddest words that I have ever spoken were “I think that I have to give this sport up”!!
Due to the swelling of the knee and the lack of sleep at night from the pain, it just wasn’t worth it. The worst part for me was after playing two or three hours of tennis, the next morning I would wake, sit on the edge of the bed for a minute and talk to my knees, “OK, we are getting ready to walk now”. Then I would “Ouch, oochie, ouchie all the way to the bathroom”. After getting dressed, I would put my left hand on the wall and my right hand on the banister and step one step at a time all the way down the stairs, Yelling – oochieing & ouchieing all the way!
Well to make a long story short, a friend of mine introduces me to Serrapeptase 400mg. I received it on Monday, I loaded up, 3-3x a day, by Wednesday I felt relief. By Friday I got up, showered, and went downstairs had breakfast, and was in my car before I realised that I hadn’t said ouch all morning! Needless to say that if the weather permits, I’m back to playing two to three hours of tennis a day, marathons on the weekends. No more icing the knees after I’ve played. I’m back to running up and down the stairs again. My tennis buddies are giving me high fives and thanking me for introducing them to Serrazyme. So I would like to take this time to thank you.
