John Engel tells us about his Swelling
John Engel is a case in point. Four years ago, he decided to go on a fast and for ten days managed to keep to it taking only herbal teas and water. But it had an unpleasant outcome.
Says Mr Engel: “The funny thing was I felt so good throughout my fast and, on the tenth night, I was congratulating myself. But the following morning I noticed that the thumb on my right hand was hot and inflamed had swelled to twice its size.
His thumb would not go down and, trying to discover the reason, Mr Engel concluded that perhaps his body had not been strong enough to rid itself of the toxins expelled during his fast.
Because he suffers from other health problems including thickening tendons in his hand, he decided to start on a course of Serrapeptase. He was delighted with one of the bonuses.
“Early this year I started taking Serrapeptase and had gone through four tubs. And then I noticed that my thumb had gone down to its normal size and has stayed that way.”
