Inflammation is the epidemic of the 21st century. An inappropriate diet consisting
of high glycaemic foods (starchy food such as bread and potatoes) and indigestible
foods such dairy products all combine to create inflammation in the blood
stream.
These are proven by the rise in a marker for inflammation, the C-Reactive
Proteins. High glucose also causes a reaction called glycosilation that leads
to high levels of free radical activity. Anywhere in the body we have a weakness
as a result of a dysfunction then this inherent inflammation will add to the
problem and prevent recovery. It is imperative to get rid of the inflammation,
proteins floating around the blood stream and change the diet to a natural
human diet (as opposed to a 'normal' human diet).
