Morton’s Neuroma

Morton’s Neuroma is a swelling on a nerve tunnel under the foot resulting in inflammation and pain which becomes chronic (because we continually walk on it). This is much like carpal tunnel on the wrist (because we continually use it).
I get about 7 out of 10 people getting success with this plan. There are no side effects nor contraindications, even in pregnancy.

Important:

  • SerraPlus+ Capsules 1 x 3 times per day, 30mins before eating  – for inflammation
  • B Vitamin Complex High dose to include at 100mg Vit B6- for nerve repair (look for B50 in the store or HomoCysteine Spray at the Good Health Web Store)
  • Ancient Minerals Magnesium Oil, massage into foot and calf once daily – Improves magnesium and oxygen levels – good for runners as well.

Recommended:

  • CurcuminX4000 2 x 3 times per day with the serra – for nerve repair.

It is sensible to cushion the foot during recovery and seek alternative exercises to running such running in a swimming pool or sea and/or lay on back and cycle legs in the air.

Dear Robert,

Some years ago I asked you whether Serrapeptase could help my mortons neuroma, and you said it would. Six weeks after taking it my morton’s neuroma vanished, and I gave your newsletter to the ‘amazed’ doctor at the hospital follow-up, who became very interested.

More recently, following an exercise class injury, ‘body balance,’ I was diagnosed with Spondiolisthesis and osteorarthritis of the spine. For nearly a year I was limping and unable to sleep without pain including sciatica.

After 2-3 weeks on Serrapeptase my limping has completely stopped, and I am able to walk some distance without pain. Before, I could only walk about 10-15 minutes. Now I can walk for hours.

Thank you so much for all you have done for me Robert!

I contacted you a few months ago about the possibility of using serrapeptase to fix my mortons neuroma.

Before taking the tablets I had numbness, aching, pins and needles all the time in my foot, I must admit I was skeptical at first but figured i’d rather try it than have injections or surgery. Im happy to report after about 2 weeks the pins and needles and aching had gone and by 5 weeks the numbness had completely gone, I continued taking the tablets for a further 3 weeks just to make sure, I’ve stopped taking them about 2weeks ago and non of the symptoms have returned, im most impressed and plan on telling my Dr all about Serrapeptase next time I go to see him.

Thanks for your advice.

I was suffering from two really bad neuroma’s on my left foot and after a week of taking SerraPlus+, my foot was back to normal. I have been taking 3 pills 3x a day. Should I reduce my dose now that my pain is gone?

It had been eight years since I had discovered a Mortons neuroma in my left foot. Up until that point I had been fairly active and had exercised regularly. However, due to the pain and discomfort of the neuroma, I had cut back quite on any physical activities.

I saw two podiatrists, both of whom injected cortisone into my foot and recommended arch supports. Neither approach provide much relief and virtually every step I took was painful. It became a rather depressing situation. I began to wonder if I was going to have to spend the rest of my life in this condition.

Eventually, I began researching surgical options and I found out that the long term prognosis is not often good. But still I was intent on getting some relief.

I decided I would search the internet one last time before I made my decision to pursue surgery. It was then that I stumbled on this site.

Initially I ordered the Blockbuster AllClear and within two days I began to notice a difference. I thought maybe it was all in my mind. I continued taking 2 capsules 3 times a day and within in week all of my pain was gone!

After that I was able to enroll in a Boot Camp and I had great time. I was very protective of my foot initially because I still a little nervous that the neuroma might reappear. It didn’t!

It’s been two and half months and I have had no problems. I’m continuing with the initial dosage. I’ve started exercising again, have begun to loose weight and I can really enjoy taking walks. AND I can wear high heels again.

I would highly recommend this to anyone with a Morton’s neuroma. It has definitely improved the quality of my life. I’ve recommended to everyone I know that has any ailments where Serrapeptase might be effective. I think that it’s definitely worth trying before initiating any invasive procedures.

That you to Robert Redfern for this life altering information!

I came across your WONDERFUL product and have just finished 2 weeks course of taking 2 tablets 3 times a day. The pain HAD GONE by Thursday ( i.e. 12 days later). I am taking the  SERRAEZYME  80,000iu tablets.
I LOVE your product and it truly has become a miracle for me. No pain.
Many thanks.

Three years ago I was diagnosed with Morton’s Neuroma in my right foot. I had injections for a year and a half, but it kept returning. I found Serrapeptase by searching on the internet for a holistic approach of healing to get away from the injections and possible surgery. I started with 2 capsules 3 times a day for two weeks. After only 3 days I was surprised that my sinus’ were all draining and clearing out! I could breathe better than I had in years! I contiued taking Serrapeptase but reduced the dosage to 1 capsule 3 times a day until the pain from the Morton’s Neuroma left. (Approx. 4 months). I have continued to take a maintenance dosage of 1 capsule 2 times a day for the last 2 years. By doing this, when I get a cold I don’t get congested like I used to, and my right foot is still without pain. I love this product and told many people and doctors about it. Thank you!!!!

Why is it necessary to take the capsules on a empty stomach? I am having some nausea problems taking them on a empty stomach, I do much better if I take them with some food in my stomach. Are the capsules less effective if taken with food? Thank You for any info

    Hi Robert

As I explained yesterday I have been suffering from a morton’s neuroma on my left foot for close to 3 yrs.

I read and watched video of your plan to treat morton’s neuroma. This is what I understand so far:

-serraplus 1×3 times a day 30 mins before meal
-curcumin 2×3 times a day with the serra
-vitamin B complex – not sure when ?

    But I have some questions.

    1. How long should I take each for?
    -serraplus ?
    -curcumin?
    -vitamin B complex?

    2. Do I reduce the dosage after a while and after how long (of each)?

    3. What is the regular dose of vitamin B complex and what is the high dose of B vitamin complex? I understand they sell these in 50s or 100s.

Thank you very much for replying these questions.

    Regards,
    Graciela

    ut I have some questions.

    1. How long should I take each for?
-serraplus ? about 2-3 weeks after the pain has gone.
    -curcumin? Same as serrapeptase
-vitamin B complex? You may want to carry on with this as most people are B deficient

    2. Do I reduce the dosage after a while and after how long (of each)? I have taken serrapeptase and Curcumin and Active Life which has 90 vits and Mins for the past 12 years just for good health and anti ageing so you decide if you want to stop.

    3. What is the regular dose of vitamin B complex and what is the high dose of B vitamin complex? I understand they sell these in 50s or 100s. Vitamin B6 is the measure and you need a high doses of 100mg per day.

Thank you very much for replying these questions.

  • Robert Redfern says:

Bob, It is very important on an empty stomach and so consider the 80,000iu tablets or add a pinch of bicarbonate of soda in the glass of water that you wash them down with.

  • Robert Redfern says:

Cynthia, Good news, all of your conditions are caused by inflammation and now you know why I am so passionate to spread the word. Thank you for your feedback.

  • Diane says:

    Robert,

I have just found your site and ordered the relevant products for Mortons Neuroma. I have had challenges with my feet on and off for years. 2 weeks ago i was training for my trek to Nepal and my left foot became very swollen. I had ultra sounds and x rays and was diagnosed (in both feet). I have had the first on my cortisone injections, which has had little impact on my foot (left one is worse). SO.. here goes, I am very excited about my trek and very interested to recieve the products and keep you all posted on my progress..

  • Barbara says:

I’ve been taking the 1 – 3 times a day of the 80,000 plus the curcumin and b vitamins for my returning mortons neuroma after 2 surgeries for mortons neuroma a few years ago. I’ve been doing this for about 10 weeks now and the swelling and annoyance has gone away quite a bit. I use my feet a lot for riding horses so will continue to use the above formula. I was wondering if I should cut down on the dosage of serrapeptase. I’m also taking benfotiamine, p-5-p, and an herbal blend for inflammation. Hoping I can continue to ride horses and I’m 60 yrs. old.

  • Robert Redfern says:

    Barbara,
Keep taking this dose. I have taken it for 12 years and while I dont ride horses I do 25km treks over mountains here in Mallorca.

  • Steve says:

In your Morton’s neuroma video, you mention taking curcumin98. Then in the notes for the things to take, you call for curcumin4000x. Which is the better of the two to take?

  • Robert Redfern says:

CurcuminX4000 is the better as it is much more bioavailable. see http://www.CurcuminX4000.com

  • Phillip says:

I’m mid 30′w and have been suffering from Mortin’s Neuroma for several years in my right foot and it continues to get worse. I’ve tried everything (Injections, Radio Frequency, Tendon Cut, Pads, Acupuncture, Pain Meds, etc.) and the pain is so severe now that walks are a nightmare and I’ve been on a cane for over a year. How many people with symptoms as severe as mine have reported back positive results taking Serra+ / other supplements?

Thank you in advance for your response.

  • Robert Redfern says:

    Philip,
    Morton’s Neuroma
The majority get positive results and in any case you can only get healthier on my plan as there is no downside. Do not cherry pick from the plan. Even the exercises will be important since your gait will be comprimised from such a long period.
email me if you have other questions.
